How long would it take for my order to be dispatched?
Print and tumbler orders are estimated to be dispatched within 1-3 working (week) days. A2 and larger prints may sometimes take longer than three working days.
T-shirt and sweater orders are dispatched separately by our clothing manufacturer, usually within 1-3 working days.
Please keep in mind that these are all estimated times, and that delays in dispatch may occasionally occur.
When would my order arrive by?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery is estimated to arrive within 2 days after your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is also an option, if you need your order in a hurry!
Our t-shirts and sweaters are dispatched using Royal Mail 24, which has a next working day delivery aim and delivery confirmation reference number, or Standard International delivery which is estimated to arrive within 5-12 working days.
Please keep in mind that these are all estimated times, and that delays may sometimes occur.
How do I know my order would arrive safely?
All print orders up to A4 in size are posted using board backed envelopes with ‘Please do not bend’ printed on the front of the envelope. Whereas, A3 and larger prints are dispatched in a postage tube with sealed ends. This hardened material allows for additional protection, which reduces the likelihood of any damage or bending of the items, so they arrive to you in perfect condition! Our tumblers are dispatched within their own boxes inside the protective parcel box. Whereas, our clothing orders are dispatched in their usual parcels bags.
Do you take commissions for customised prints?
Our commissioned custom design spaces open on the 1st of every month (excluding November and December) for requested music or TV designs, or any other similar styled prints that you may see available in the shop. Please message us with specifics of the design you have in mind and we will advise you as to the design fee, when the next space will be available, and the estimated timeframe.
These spaces often fill up on the first day of the month, so we recommend messaging as early as possible on the day.
Will customs charges apply when recieving my order?
If ordering from a destination outside of the UK, customs clearance charges may apply. See the website below for specific information regarding delivery to the EU from the UK. We find these are more likely to occur when ordering A3 or larger prints, t-shirts, or tumblers (parcels).
Please note: we are no longer able to offer delivery directly into the EU or Northern Ireland due to recent changes in GPSR. Please message for more information / advice.
