How long would it take for my order to be dispatched?
Print orders are estimated to be dispatched within 1-3 working days usually on Tuesdays or Fridays.
T-shirts and sweaters are dispatched separately to our posters by our clothing manufacturer, usually within 1-4 working days.
Please keep in mind that these are all estimated times, and that delays in dispatch may sometimes occur.
When would my order arrive by?
Free First Class delivery is available for all print orders, though First Class Signed For is an available upgrade, which is also estimated to arrive in 1-2 business days from dispatch. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is also an option, if you need your order in a hurry!
Our t-shirts and sweaters are dispatched using Royal Mail 24, which has a next working day delivery aim and delivery confirmation reference number, or Standard International delivery which is estimated to arrive within 5-12 working days.
Please keep in mind that these are all estimated times, and that delays may sometimes occur.
How do I know my order would arrive safely?
All print orders up to A4 in size are posted using board backed envelopes with ‘Please do not bend’ printed on the front of the envelope. Whereas, A3 and larger prints are dispatched in a postage tube with sealed ends. This hardened material allows for additional protection, which reduces the likelihood of any damage or bending of the items, so they arrive to you in perfect condition!
Do you take commissions for customised prints?
Our custom design spaces are currently closed until January 2024.
Otherwise - Yes, we take commissions for requested music poster prints, or any other similar styled prints that you may see available in the shop.
The estimated turnaround for requested designs is around 8 weeks. However, depending on the time of year this timeline may be shorter or longer.

Will customs charges apply when recieving my order?
If ordering from a destination outside of the UK, customs clearance charges may apply. See the website below for specific information regarding delivery to the EU from the UK. These are more likely to occur when ordering A3 or larger prints, or t-shirts.
What size prints do you offer?
The sizes that we offer and their equivalent inches from largest to smallest are as follows:
A0 (33.1x”46.8”)
A1 (23.4”x33.1)
A2 (16.5”x23.4)
A3 (11.7”x16.5”)
A4 (11.3”x8.7”)
8”x10”
5”x7”
4”x6”
